It all started back in 2014 when Mike and Keith crossed paths at a small intermodal transportation company. Working side by side on the Data Analytics team, they shared a passion for solving complex problems with data.

As their careers evolved, they took separate paths. Mike dove deep into the world of machine learning, becoming a Data Scientist at a Fortune 100 global insurer, while Keith embraced the leadership track, honing strategic and project management skills and eventually managing three IT teams at a billion-dollar publicly traded technology company.

Though they kept in touch over the years, it wasn’t until 2024 that their collaboration truly reignited.

What started as casual brainstorming quickly turned into something more. With Mike’s deep expertise in machine learning (and a lifelong passion for skiing, having explored slopes all over the world) paired with Keith’s ability to lead and execute ambitious projects, they realized they had the perfect blend of skills to bring something new to the industry.
